Alamo Fast Draw

This is an old posting that I retreived after the Destuction of my site: Cowboys, Indians, Cattle, and Six-Shooters,in an wild west setting. Couple that with a legendary actor like John Wayne and you have a classic western movie like Red River. That was the subject of the Alamo Fast Draw show Wednesday night. The regulars were there with me on the show and a few a guest stop by to join in. But all in all it was a good show and we had a lot of fun with some of the questions and comments on the movie red river.

As usual we drifted off subject now and again but when we did it usually ended up with some good tid-bits on western history. One subject we touched on was the manner of speech that was commonly used in the west. It wasn't interesting topic and I may see if I can put together more info on that in the future. The manner of dress seems to be the subject of debate that I might look into as well. You can find the Alamo Fast Fraw show on Sunday nights 9:00 PM eastern, 8:00 PM central and 6:00 PM Pacific.
